Clinical Therapist ? Center for Family and Child Enrichment

Report to the operations administrator in the department of community-based care. Will provide weekly individual and family therapy to clients, using appropriate treatment modality. Conduct bio-psychological assessments of clients referred for therapy, ensuring that all appropriate assurances and authorizations are obtained. Develop and maintain appropriate treatment planning in conjunction with clients/families. Primarily a day shift with some evening and weekend hours.

Master?s degree in psychology, social work or related behavioral science discipline. Two years clinical experience providing therapy to children and families. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Dependency Case Manager ? Center for Family and Child Enrichment

Report to the dependency case manager supervisor in the community-based care department. Will develop and review service plans and implement activities which assure access to services documented in dependency court case plans. Advocate for clients at relevant agencies, service planning meetings and in the courts, as needed. Conduct and document home visits, schedule appointments (including contacting responsible parties to coordinate appointments giving directions as needed) and/or arrange transportation and other services as needed. Primarily a day shift, however, on call 24/7 as needed.

A bachelor?s degree in a human services-related field from an accredited university, and at least one year working with children and families. Also, in order to be considered for this position, you must possess a State of Florida Child Protection Certification.

Development Specialist ? Switchboard of Miami

Responsible for donor development, acquisition, cultivation, direct solicitation and management of activities to maximize the financial support for special initiatives and funding. He/she will provide marketing and communications support, including newsletters, annual reports and direct mail under general supervision; and managing online communications, including the organization?s website, social media sites (such as Facebook, Twitter); assist CEO with grant proposals and reports, including drafting proposals and reports for private foundations and funders and managing grant timelines; maintaining proposal templates and identifying funding opportunities, attend external meetings, events and other donor-related functions; maintain organization?s donor database, gift acknowledgements and perform other duties as required.
